My approach is interactive, collaborative and supportive. I understand that healing can be a difficult and sometimes painful process, and so I place a lot of value on developing trust and comfort within the therapeutic relationship. I also believe in the power of creating space for joy and humor, and will work alongside you to create a safe space to explore your thoughts, behaviors, hopes, and desires without judgement.
I use a combination of different therapeutic tools and techniques including traditional talk therapy, EMDR therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices.
When not working, I enjoy long-distance biking, dancing, karaoke, and laughing.
